I love everything about food. Growing up in Maryland right outside DC and Bethesda (famous for numerous restaurants) I was surround by all types of cuisines. I was even considering going to culinary school before college. I changed my mind figuring a major in business should be first priority and culinary school second. Now, I find my self attending the University of Denver. Though there is not a day that goes by that I do not miss my beloved kitchen, I do love beautiful Colorado. Luckily I get a kitchen next year. For the time being, I am having a blast learning the magics of cooking in a vintage microwave.
